   • Spiceshub does not physically handle inventory or assume responsibility for stock discrepancies.
7. Dispute Resolution
   • Customers should contact the Sub-Merchant directly for disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or other concerns.
   • If unresolved within 7 business days, disputes may be escalated to Spiceshub, which will mediate the issue or take appropriate action.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, Osila Solution Pvt Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that arise from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, interruptions, or any loss or damage caused by your use of the app.
9. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time and for any reason, without notice.
